COT manages video network for first MegaDeafConference
Commonwealth Office of Technology worked silently behind the scenes to ensure the first MegaDeafConference was a success, an official said Friday.
Robert Cable, a COT contractor who works as an AT&T Video Network technician and scheduler, said he and his colleagues worked from their Frankfort office to handle switching duties and ensure each of the 41 active video sites from around the world were connected to the network.
"It worked well for us," Cable said. "It was a big plus for all of them -they really enjoyed it and showed their skills with media and what they could do."
