FRANKFORT, Ky. (Nov. 7, 2008) – Acting Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) Commissioner Lori Flanery announced today the return of Robin Morley to the organization.
Morley has returned to COT after a brief retirement to join Jim Barnhart in a role as deputy commissioner. She will assist the organization with IT consolidation, governance and customer relations while working in tandem with Barnhart to advise the acting commissioner.

“Robin is a valuable asset to COT, and her knowledge, skills and experience will be a boon for our organization,” Flanery said.

Morley spent 27 years working for the commonwealth in various roles within COT and in the education department. Prior to her retirement she served as an executive staff advisor in the commissioner’s office.

“I am very excited to be back at COT to assist staff in delivering high-quality, affordable services to our customers,” Morley said.
