Highlights of the event include:

  • announcement of the 2007 Governor’s Technology Award winners;
  • technology roundtables on healthcare, education, government and homeland security;
  • release of the 2007 ConnectKentucky Progress Report, highlighting progress toward the goal of making broadband available to all Kentuckians; and
  • a reception with technology leaders at the Berry Hill Mansion in Frankfort.

Tech Day is sponsored by ConnectKentucky, a national leader in promoting economic development through technology. University administrators, government officials and business leaders from across the state are invited to participate in the daylong technology summit.
